Let us introduce our core strategies for meaningful innovation:
Know the real needs of your employees and customers
The immediate solutions are not always based on real needs. Energy risks to be spend in the wrong direction. By becoming part of everyday life of the users of a solution, we obtain a thorough understanding of challenges and possibilities at their roots.
Create strong ownership of new initiatives
If a new initiative is not made to fit to the people that are going to use it, the success is unlikely.
Involving people that has a stake the final solution, in the development process leads to successful implementation. We provide methods for involvement that will take your organisation professionally through a co-creation process.
Implement solutions that meet the expectations
It is costly to get new solutions rolled out. Low risk – but low impact – solutions can appear as the safest choice. We offer methods of iterative prototyping to get new solutions as close to reality as possible.
Risk is kept low, while it allows for experimentation.
Make complex contexts accessible to others
Often times people with different backgrounds are not aligned on how to talk about certain topics in coherent way. This leads to unproductive meetings. What we do, is making complex contexts simple and easy to understand through visualisation.
The visual language create premises for concrete outcomes to appear fast and convenient.
